Oya salon offers hair and make-up services for weddings and other special occasions such as photo shoots, editorial, parties, events, group make-over parties both in the salon and on-location.

For Brides, A Consultation and a Trial Up-do Appointment are required. Please bring your wedding day accessories to this appointment. We recommend that you schedule this appointment at least one month before your big day!

Please call for a consultation.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, two weeks is required for a refund. On-location weddings are doubled and must be paid for in full at the salon before the wedding.

Appointments

Appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift card number at the time of booking. In the event a client needs to cancel their appointment, one must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge of the full cost of the service. To reschedule or cancel please call 831-656-0570.

Single Process Policy

A single process service does not include additional color to pull through the color to the ends of the hair. Please speak with your colorist and a color pull through will be applied for an additional fee of $25.

Blow Dry Policy

Clients will receive a complimentary 10-minute finishing blowout with all services. If a client wishes for a full professional blow-dry after a service than that will need to be booked accordingly, and will receive the professional blow-dry for an additional fee (If a hot iron service to be straightened out is also required, the client will be charged an additional fee of $15).

To Cancel or Reschedule

Please be on time for your appointment to ensure full service, as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.

Method of Payment

Oya accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, Cash and checks. We do not give cash back on credit card sales.

Gratuities

Gratuity is customary for a good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware the gratuties cannot be charged to your credit card.

Return Policy on Retail

We do not accept returns on opened products. At Oya we work with our clients during their service to guarantee that the client leaves with the right tools.

Service Guarantee

We take great pride in the services that we provide, we guarantee our work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us within seven days of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge.

Please leave your valuables at home or feel free to use our complementary lockers. Oya is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. It is a good idea to remove all earrings and use the smocks that are provided to ensure that nothing gets lost or damaged.

Oya is a team. Please feel comfortable trying different stylists within the salon. We believe this is important to not only find the right fit but also to try something new.

Giftcards

Giftcards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
