Continuing education provides an invaluable source of inspiration; it makes us more creative while forming the discipline that is required to be a true professional.  Oya believes in continual training to provide you with the latest in trends and services.  Our in-house assistant training program was created to develop the skills of our staff. Our assistants attend class every Tuesday to participate in a creative environment and to work on live models. Our assistants also gain practical skills by apprenticing our stylists and colorists everyday. Our training consists of classes in styling, cutting, coloring, customer service, consultation, and retail.

Oya houses demonstrations and workshops for stylists as well as for the client.
